Solano County Market Snapshot June 1, 2020

Inventory is down 43% year-over-year in Solano county, most like due to COVID-19. Home purchase applications have increased for 5 weeks straight while people are trying to capitalize on HISTORICALLY low interest rates. These two factors most likely lead to the significant growth in properties going under contract week-over-week.

Average days on market is just under 30 days. For homes in contract in 30 days or less are selling for 101% to asking price. Which is relatively unchanged over the past month.
